Review for Brandy Mill Apartment Homes Apartments

My family had the unfortunate experience of staying in these apartments for two months. The office manager was ALWAYS rude and unprofessional, the apartment was dark and dirty, they never informed you ahead of time when a staff member would be entering your apartment, and it took maintenance approximately a month to fix the commode. I felt like I was living in a trailer park the whole time. There are other places to stay in Kingsport. If those places have nothing available, I would highly recommend you look in Johnson City or Bristol before staying at Brandy Mill.
