Stairs and balcolnies are on the verge of collapse.

Exposed natural gas lines.

Major racks in brick walls.

Empty swimming pool swarming with mosquitoes.

Retaining walls so you fall to your death...

Millions in rent but not a penny in prperty upgrades.
