Days after I moved in they changed the way they billed for water. Instead of paying for only what you use they will now divide the bill by the total number of registered residents with the 1 person occupants paying the highest percentage.

The office would not validate my registration from an apartment finder website so I could collect my $100 even though I listed that site as the place I found this apt.

Charged $100 decorating fee although the apt. needed to be cleaned before I moved in and the walls had never been painted or the carpets cleaned from the last residents. Ripped screens dirty fixtures.

Not worth the money you pay.
