Review for Brinkhaven Apartments

.... is I have space to live. That's about it.

On two occasions (because of somebody else's violence or destruction of pool furniture) the pool has been closed off to the entire complex this summer season, which has hovered around 95 degrees so far. Now, that wouldn't be too bad, except that my AC doesn't work - and when I turn it on (until I worked on it myself) rat pills would shoot out, covering the floor. It still smells musty, but I can't seem to shake that.

My hot water has been out two times in the last week.

The noise is unbearable from the neighbors. You won't sleep if you sleep lightly. And if you have objections to the walls shaking, then this place isn't for you - the "professional staff" part of this place is bunk. They don't care about you, they care about whether or not you pay. That's all. I signed for 6 months, and plan to sign for more, because it's all I can do at the moment.
