Review for Dupont Avenue Apartments

While there are some problems with noise from a few neighbors and the parking can be a nightmare, I hate to leave. If the rent hadn't shot up so high,I'd stay. For what you pay,there is nothing much to show for it. All apartments are one bedroom. If you have kids,I'd suggest looking someplace else. There are no playgrounds or pools at this complex. Madison Park is a short distance away and there is a playground there,but that's all.
As I mentioned, some of my neighbors have been quite noisy. Rap music playing all night,in some cases. And parking can be a nightmare. For some reason,parking spaces seem to be too close together and you can expect your share of dings and scratches.
Management is friendly and maintenance can be as well. Some maintenance issues have been put off until the next day or so. I was once told that "if the problem doesn't clear up by tomorrow,call us back".
Overall,I do like it here. I wish I could stay,but I can no longer afford it,so I'm looking for another place. If my situation changes,I'll stay as long as I can. If not, maybe I'll be back in a year. Guess I can live with the noise and parking,afterall.
