This small, private community was our home for over a year, then we decided to stay longer. It was and is just too convenient and secluded and private at the same time. The property is privately owned and leased as an Executive rental with accomodations to suite our needs. The owner/landlord is very gracious and attentive to the needs of her residents. We recommend the homes of Fay Properties to anyone that needs a great place to live in Maryville, TN.
