Review for Belle Aire Apartments

Amazing staff!!!!! I can't imagine a better staff anywhere. As for the rest of the place, well, its as quiet as your going to get for a wood building. No bugs, clean, and maintained. If there is a concern or if you just mention something in passing to a staff member someone is knocking on your door within the half hour to rectify the situation. Great access to school, grocery, eateries and gas. Parking is limited so you better have your pass and there will always be a space for you. It is an old wood building so dont expect everything to appear perfect. Old wood windows. But it is perfect for the college students or transitional family. However; there is something in the air. I don't know if its just this building or all of them, but there is a black film in the air which comes from the vents. Try as you might, you will not defy it. Other then my concerns on air quality, this is a wonderfuly staffed complex with great neighbors. Perfectly economical place to finish up that last year of studies. Includes water, trash pick up.
