Review for Green Meadow Apartments

When i first moved here, it was quite... The City police are at these apartments at least 3-4 times a month (usually at night). There is a courtesy office that lives here, but you never see him. The maintenance man is to me the only person who tries to make an effort to keep the premesis clean. There are kids all over the property as late at 10:30 at night and no one does anything about the noice and loitering. people have company over taking up all the parking spaces, you have to park in front of a building that you don't even live in. they have had several managers in and out in the past 2 years. the playground is a joke. i have had to call the police 4 times in 2 years b/c of noise, theft, and people messing with the door. the office staff are very nice and reasonable but i personally do not feel that they take the safety here very serious for the tenants. i have complained about loud neighbors and been told to "warn them at least one more time" (hello?) anyway, this apartment complex could use some serious clean up. there are many tenants here that are very disrespectful and i don't allow my child to play outside if i am not with her. there are teens on the property sitting outside on cars cussing and being disrespectful. to me it is just a small ghetto.
