Review for Woodland View Apartments

About twice a month my building was completely without hot water for days. My heater did not function properly all winter long. There is only one washer/drier for the whole building, and it is frequently out of order. The carpet in my apartment is so cheap, it sheds in huge clumps. Calling the "24 hour" service usually results in smart remarks and nothing done. Eventually, I just gave up.

My girlfriend was frequently sexually harassed and intimidated by male tenants who stand in the parking lot in large groups. She was actually followed home by one of them at one point. She was so frightened by the experience I actually drove back from Cincinnati at midnight to make sure she was okay.

My car was smashed into in the parking lot by another tenant, but she/he fled the scene - leaving me with a $300 repair.

I've lived in some of the worst areas of Cincinnati where people were literally shot a few doors down. I've lived for months in an apartment with no furniture. I don't normally complain about the places I live (note: this is my only review to date.) Oak Ridge is a nice community. There is no excuse for this place to be in the condition it is in.
