Review for Redwood Hollow Apartments

This complex honestly wasn't all that bad when we first moved in, but after being here only a year I have honestly grown to hate this place. The first problem was with the toilet, but that was fixed right away. Then I called to report my garbage disposal was leaking a few months later and never received a phone call or anything from the staff, the following day I decided to go to the office and make sure they got the message. I was then informed that the maintenance man wasn't available until the next week... aka I couldn't use my sink for a whole week. The apartments are honestly falling apart, there are bugs everywhere and in one year of living here an exterminator has only been out here ONCE! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Honestly it really isn't that bad for a first apartment, but now we are moving out and up!
