Rented: 2008 To 2009

I have just moved from a large home and was so afraid that "downsizing" would be depressing. A friend recommended Colony Manor, so i went by and met with the manager, Aurora Zebert, and just knew that it would be fine.

A month later I moved in and the apartment was so clean and I was welcomed by neighbors and any maintenance has been done quickly and with a smile. Wow! I can't wait for spring and to have someone cut the grass and clean the pool for me.

I give Colony Manor a big thanks for helping make a transition that I didn't want to make comfortable.
