Oh, this place is so bad I can't even begin! OK - THEY PUT TAR ON MY BALCONY FLOOR TO FIX A LEAK. TAR!!!
If you want a decent place to live, good repairs, and quality - RUN LIKE HECK!
If you think you were born on this earth to feed this owner's ego and fill her pockets, then this is the place for you, especially if you love CONSTANT new rules and a lease that lets them raise the rent.
No wonder the folks who live here are the kind of folks you don't want to live near.
