this complex is showing it's age. shingles everywhere, peeling paint and generally falling apart. the a/c units struggle to keep up in the summer, a few months ago water went out about once per week and the appliances suck. lots of construction, lots of noisy kids running around and dog turds all over the lawn areas. would not rent again.
