If you're thinking to rent in this apartment think it over again, staff and manager is very rude and arrogant, would take you more than 3 or 4 calls before they would respond to repairs including emergency ones- I had 1 case they let me pay for 85 dollars just for a slight bent on the window screen which had been damaged since i got the apartment. If you are of a different race tendency is you will not be treated fairly- you will wait for about 30 mins or more in there office, friends are attended right away. Im almost a year here till now and moving out as soon as may lease ends.
