Review for Reveille Ranch Apartments Apartments

Revielle Ranch looks decent on the surface until you actually live there. I lived here two years. It was not bad the first year, but the apartments are going downhill fast . The new apartment management goes out of their way to be non-responsive to tenant requests for maintenance. They are letting the place go. The buildings/apartments that looked nice 2 years ago need paint badly. The new management company/owners are a bunch of chiselers. They would not inspect my apartment when I moved out in August, but then charged me over 65 dollars for "light cleaning". When I protested the charges, it took them 4 weeks to produce photos showing dirty ceiling fans, shower, sink, etc., which were personally cleaned. I don't know whose apartment these photos were of, but these fabricated photos were not of my apartment. I got on a step ladder and cleaned the ceiling fans, cleaned the shower, etc.. Either the cleaning company or the apartment management is a bunch of liars, I tend to believe it is the apartment management is just trying to make a few extra bucks. Last semester I ordered a textbook which UPS claimed was delivered to the apartment office. I stopped in the office everyday for a week and the apartment office said they could not find my package. Turns out it was there all along. I had to get another textbook before they found the one the had in the office all along. The office management is just non responsive. They are supposed to have office hours on Sundays, but nobody answered the phone all day one Sunday this month. The office mysterious closes early than it is supposed to and opens up late. A/C problems. They way you have to prepay for power is a not a good system with multiple roommates.
