I have lived in several apartments in college towns in ann arbor michigan and now college station. This is, by far, the most incompetent and useless management team I have ever encountered. They allow glass and garbage in the streets, do not enforce parking, and ignore complaints in general. You could get a lot more for 745 a month for a 1 bedroom. BEWARE!
