Though it's an older apartment complex we had few problems the 2 years we lived there.

The office staff was friendly and fast in getting things fixed. Tara and Charles were the two managers that worked there while my roommate and I lived there, and both were very nice and cared about our happiness at the apartment. That's a quality I learned to appreciate after moving!

The apartments are older, so some things do go out. For instance, our water heater went out and flooded our hallway, but Charles got us a new water heater within hours, literally. He also did many of our repairs himself, which says a lot about this place!

I do suggest anyone live here, the prices aren't too bad and the experience is well worth it!
