Very little parking, have to park on the street. Maintenance guys are extremely loud and overbearing. Weekly activities include very loud leaf blowing, trimming bushes with chainsaws on your private patio, and other loud maintenance tasks. These guys are ridiculous. They will yell at the top of their lungs at one another on your apartment patio as early as 7:45 AM. Trust me, it is almost impossible to sleep after 8:00 AM - even on Saturdays at this complex. Patio space is very small and not private at all. Pool is over-chlorinated. If you value privacy and peace and quiet, this apartment is definitely not for you.
