I have lived in several different apt communities and never have been treated so poorly. The woman who I originally leased with left the office staff and I was then stuck dealing with people who continually lied about maintenance time frames, saying someone would be there within the next day and in reality wouldn't come for weeks even with continued prompting. I am referring to issues involving water running and inability to use fixtures. Now I am currently awaiting a bill because they are charging me extra to clean the carpet, insisting there were spots that couldn't have been removed from a normal level clean. I believe this to be crap because I know I didn't leave any marks behind when I moved out a couple months ago.
