Review for Vienna Terrace Apartments

I know the all bills paid sounds really good, but listen when I tell you...
The manager of the apartment is unprofessional, she rather hand you the key and tell you to go look at the place then get off her rear and show you the apartment. She also smokes ciggs, and will blow it in your face the whole time. Her dogs are yappie and loud, you have to sit in her apartment to fill everything out. They dont tell you here that the air conditioning only gets turned on 1 time of year. WE HAVE BEEN IN THE HEAT FOR DAYS NOW AND STILL NO AIR, AND the manager LINDA will tell you there is nothing she can do about it. She is a lier and the apartments are roach and rat infested, no matter how many times the pest guy comes. Since there is no air, everyones doors are open and comming up the stairs you can see everyones disgusting living habits. DONT LIVE HERE!!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!! IT IS NASTY AND THE MANAGER IS A DISGUSTING PIG!!!!! When it gets really hot in the summer... yeah dont count on the air, it breaks down all the time. I have learned my lesson by living here, and if your trash then go ahead and live here, cause that is all that surrounds me. It is a year lease and once you sign that paper your screwed. Make sure you ask questions cause like I said, they do not turn the air on when you need it, and the water is never hot.

I agree. Those apartments are nasty. The manager just lives there and pretends to manage the place. Any time you need the manager to do something, she tells you there is nothing she can do about it. Nothing but nasty po' dunk people live there.
