I got my car stolen that I parked at the outside parking spot. The management didn't give a da** about that. I expected they'd warn other tenants at least. It took them 2 month to fix a broken gate. So I lost my trust. When I returned the key, I asked them to walk me through before they do any repair and they conveniently failed to do so. Now they billed me with a ridiculous fee for carpet replacement. I'm not even sure if they really replace the clean carpet.
