Don't Rent Here If You Want Hot Water

I've lived here 5 months and have not had hot water a dozen times. At first I was understanding, but enough is enough. When I call to complain and leave a message for a callback, no one does. When I do talk with someone, I get a curt "I put a notice on your door". That may be helpful before the water goes out, not afterward.
