Review for College Pointe Apartments

These apartments are by far the worst apartments I have ever seen. The ventilation here is terrible, when people smoke you can smell it and sometimes the smoke will actually be visible in your apartment. There is a horrific problem with roaches here. They have sprayed and baited I don't know how many times and the problem only worsens. The office staff is not willing to work with you and while they act like they care about your problem, they will do little to correct it. By all means avoid this place!! It is a nightmare that never ends. Because the roach problem is so out of control, we have to take extreme precautions to avoid bringing them with us home and to our new apartment because it only takes 2 of these roaches to cause an infestation at a new place. This is a headache that can be avoided by simply steering clear of these apartments that should be condemned.
