the owner screws the workers, he makes them work 40+ hours a week and they only get paid rent and $50 a month. The roaches are bad. Noise is not controlled. Decent tenants are treated bad while the bad ones are respected. Broken windows every where. They let some tenants stay living there when they are thousands of dollars behind while others are kicked out when they are only 1 month behind. 80% percent of ac's and or heaters don't work and maintenance will not fix them. You put in a work order and 1 year later it is still not fixed. Junk vehicles taking up parking places.
