Review for Archstone Legacy Apartments

I lived there for about six years (moved in twice), It was very nice under management of archstone. But thing changed after archstone sold to current owner. When I moved in, carpet was old and dirty. (archstone management team change to new carpet). There were a lot of miss repairing items. Toilet was leaking, no hot water, can't open the some window ...., some were not fixed even when I decided to move out after six month.
I moved out at Dec 1 (because that is weekend and I paid 30 dollars for that extra 1 days). but after two years. Collect agent told me i own them money because they think i left there at Dec. 31. It was two years. The only thing I have was a ticket which show me I left country for two month. It was not possible for me to return the key and move my stuff at that time. They still say they doesn't prove it. I ask them to look their document. They told me that manager is changed and all document is gone. What a mess!
So at current management team. I give them zero.
