Good Apartments But Bad Internet Connection... :(

These appartments are goood and clean.Walmart is just 1/2 mile.No noise.But main problem is with internet.They have tie up with Time warner cable ,which is most unreliable internet connection.They charge un-necessarily without informing.So beaware.
