The office managers are rude and money grubbing. Make sure you keep a copy of all paper work because they will conveniently loose it to charge you an extra month of rent. Also be careful to check out with Natalie before you leave because she will add as much in carpet or cleaning fees she can. I would also recommend taking pictures because you may end up in small claim court unless you want to have a collection on your credit report.
No matter how nice they seem when you're thinking about moving in, they become nasty to work with as soon as you sign the lease.
