Review for Orchard Garden Apartments

I've lived here for a bit over a year now and the location is great to get the free way and there is a smiths or winegars very close. There is no reserved parking but you get 2 parking spots. In the time I've been here I've only heard of one car being broken into so that isn't to bad compared to other places. The office staff is ok but can take time to reply to you or even process your rent check which can be annoying. The reason I gave the noise level a 1 is because there is children play nearly at all times during the day and their parents yelling at them. So that will depend on if they are still here when you move in.
