Review for Heritage Apartments

I hate living here.
I have had complaints about a neigbor down below and the management does nothing. There is dead trees everywear to the point that it almost killed someone because instead of cutting it down, they tried to keep it held up by chains!
I have tried to contact the maintence guy to fix a leaking window, and he hasn't fixed it for a year and a half.
I have even reported him to mangament and he does nothing about it.
Not even worth the rent here.
Looks nice, but not even near kept up
