This Apartment is a joke, the owner is an attorney, and threatens to use his powers at every oportunity. If you are looking for courtesy don't come here. They take forever to fix problems, the apartment parking lot and walks are full of garbage, the laundry facilities have never been cleaned. If you are so unfortunate to choose to live here demand a copy of the contract upon signing and know your rights defined by law.
