Always think over renting an apartment, twice. If you are in a hurry to live somewhere, and only plan to stay a year, you could make this your home with some things to bear in mind. You must make additional payments for parking, for "included" cable, which is a mandatory payment, along with a few other types of payments you might think are excessive. The staff is "nice" but not necessarily competent. A word to the wise is, look them up and see if there are any complaints about them with the Better Business Bureau before you rent, to get a sense of what some of the snafus might be.
