Biggest Problems With Legacy Court Apartments

Rented: From 2005 To 2005

The apartments are cheap and nice for the price. Very warm though, keep your windowns open even in the Utah Winter. Summers are really warm. Cable is paid for, plenty of parking. Overall can be a nice place to live, if it is winter and nothing goes wrong with Management lady. Our biggest problem was the heat in the apartment, the shower pressure constantly changes and the water temperature too. The worst part of this apartment is the management by far. The guy is nice but the lady (Chris) is the most unproffesional person I have ever dealt with. Very rude, immature, etc. We are not the only tenants having problems with this lady either. All tenant who have had to go to her, feel the same way. We would not rent here again as long as she is here. It is not worth saving the $20 to $30 a month on rent to be treated like how she treats people.
