Review for Union Meadows Apartments

These apartments are nice when you look at a model. Good luck after you move in. I've been at these apartments very shortly and I already have problems. The first day, a bunch of light bulbs weren't working, the sinks are all rusted because the water doesn't go all the way down. The sinks have rings and the toilets have rings when you lift up the seats. This is like a project. The shower is so tiny you cannot even spread your arms to wash yourself without pounding on the neighbors wall.
The floors and walls are so thin you can hear everything the people next to you argue about. The neighbors below complain because the your too loud and the neighbors above won't stop stomping around ALL DAY LONG on weekends. The floors are so thin that you have to tip toe across the floor so that you don't pound on the people below you. Who ever heard of not being able to walk normal in an apartment?
The manager is rude too. She attacked my character when I first filed a noise complaint and never even apologized for the noise. She treated me like I was the problem rather than trying to be compassionate and help me with my problem. She kept asking questions implying that I did something to provoke the noise. YOUR CUSTOMER SHOULD ALWAYS BE RIGHT. For the record I never did anything but move in. I don't go looking for trouble and I've had a good renting record for 7 years. TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I've never felt so disrespected by an apartment manager in my life and I've lived in some bad areas.
