They show you a real pretty model, and then when you sign the lease, go into your unit, it is a pit! Holes in the carpet, old refrigerator that you have to defrost, freezes my milk, ice cream is mushy. I cannot wait for my lease to be up and get the hell out of here.


Maintenance has slowed down a lot. From what I understand they are under new management in the last month or so, maintenance used to be great, I asked for a repair over a week ago and nothing. My entrways are filthy dirty, they haven't cleaned them in a month.


This place is a DUMP.


Basically it comes down to this: The owners are SLUM LORDS.
