Review for Brook Hollow Apartments

This place is very unsafe and has old single-pane windows that have air coming through them and they always break. The parking is horrible. You are supposed to have at least one space open to you and it is marked but everyone steals your spot. No overhead parking. Tehy don't plow on time in the winter. The staff have a language barrier and are rude. They don't send any mainenance out they do it themselves with friends and they do a crappy job that usually needs to be redone again. These are OLD apartments, spacious with no storage but OLD! They are falling appart literally! There are always problems. People smoke inside or out on the balcony instead of the 20 feet away from building. I brought that to the attention of the staff and they said that they weren't going to inforce anything and that if it bugs us we should call the police. Also the same with the noise leve. No pets, but people still have them. They smell like cat pee. The change of management made this place the worst place ever to live!
