Review for Mcgregor Apartments

I rented here from January to July of this year and I couldn't have gotten out of there sooner! The landlord is this ex cop who thinks he can do whatever he wants. they have inspections every quarter, which isn't bad but the people who do the inspections are crooked thieves!!! there were many accounts of people missing items after the inspections. That's not the half of it! Bob (the manager), is extremely controlling, he came over one day to talk to me and didn't like my friends who were there hanging out so he told them to leave or he'll call the cops. and told me that if they come over again I'd get evicted.And they weren't even bad people, he just didn't like them!
And good luck getting maintenance to come fix anything. When I first moved in to these apartments my dishwasher didn't work and so i called them to come and fix it. it took about a month and a half for them to come over and by that time i already fixed it myself. this place was hell!
Besides the crooked staff and the lazy maintenance, it wasn't bad, the apartments are nice and newly remodeled but i wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
