Review for Summerwood Condominiums Apartments

I really enjoyed having a dishwasher, a washer/dryer in the apartment, I also enjoyed the private rooms. however, the pros stop there. management was lazy and slothful, the apartment didn't have a dining table in it and we never got one, we were promised the full $300 security deposit back because of this, but instead I recieved $95. they also didn't care whether the tenants smoked, drunk, had pets, were disorderly etc. all they cared about was making an easy dollar. they also blame the tenants for all problems associated with the hot-tub B-ball court, etc.
to be fair, I believe the old management left and have been replaced by competent people.
