Review for Continental Apartments

Here's what happened to my husband and I: we were shown an apartment that looked reasonable, so we decided to live here over the summer. It was seemingly super cheap. The apartment they actually gave us was in much worse shape than their show apartment, and we were constantly having problems. The hot water didn't work, the sink made noises, the internet was nonexistent, etc. We were usually ignored when we asked for help from the management. Oh well, at least it's cheap, right? WRONG! At our final cleaning check, we were told by Debra that at most it would require an hour's worth more cleaning. Okay, we thought, we'll clean some more. We did. Later we found a seven-hour cleaning charge with no explanation from management taken out of our deposit. This is how they manage to charge such a cheap price. The parking lot is extremely difficult to navigate. The decor is super ghetto.
