Maintenance is non existent. They will not fix the units.

Frequently runs out of cold water. Pipes bang all through the night.

Frequent drug activity. Police show up a few times a day. Frequent parties. Units are poorly insulated. You hear every sound of your neighbors.

Some units have original carpet from 1987 and have not been painted since then.

Frequent infestations of cockroaches and other insects.

Rent went up $50 every time I resigned lease.

Office staff is nice before you rent unit and turn into jerks once you sign the lease. Uncaring and hard hearted. Won't work with anyone.
