Review for Coppergate Apartments

I don't know why, but I love my apartment. The walls aren't white, for one, the carpet is clean, I love the floor plan and the walk in closets in 2 of the bedrooms are great to have. Then again, my last apartment's roof was falling in and they never repaired it except with some duct tape, and it had no dishwasher, so this ones seems very luxurious. The negatives are: no one who lives here seems to speak english. The playground is always too dirty for my children to play on, and it is swarming with tiny kids who look at me like I'm crazy for actually keeping an eye on my own small kids while they play(no adults anywhere), and the kids are very rude and refuse to play with my super friendly daughter. They just ignore her pleas to be included. We don't play at our playground anymore we go elsewhere. There was a car break in right next to ours a few months ago. I think they stole the sound system. We drive a crappy car with stock sound system, so I'm not too worried about ours. And since then they have installed a camera near that area. Weekends it's pretty noisy, and monday mornings there might be new graffitti sprayed on the walls, but the maintenance crew cleans it up pretty quickly.
I guess, if you keep to yourself and are more of a homebody looking for an inexpensive, clean, newer place in Sandy it's great. But if you frighten easily or are looking for a community to be a part of I wouldn't choose this one.
