Review for Falls At Hunters Pointe Apartments

I had the great displeasure of renting here. I was living abroad and called here to rent a place. The two most important things to me were that the air/heat system worked good and that no kids lived above me. I was assured that I was ok in both those regards so I went ahead and signed a lease. Well, when I moved in, not only as there a jumping and running kid living above me, that it was also the same person that rented me the apartment! I was BLATANTLY lied to. I rented the apartment for $793 a month which was borderline of what I can afford. I have been lving there for 7 months now and they have managed to successfully use the legal system to steal an extra $180 a month more so I'm paying almost $1000 a month for this place!

The walls are thin so you can hear everything your neighbors are saying and doing. I've asked numerous times for repairs to be done to the lock on my patio door and the carpeting on the patio but has fallen on deaf ears every time.

I CONSTANTLY get threatened with $100 late fees for just being late on the parking and water payment for 72 hours. Which I might add is a seperate payment aside from rent that they tack on.

Steer clear of this den of thieves and liars. Rent a house instead.
