Review for Cedar Breaks Apartments

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. I live in a one bedroom and there is always plenty of parking. Security patrols the area at night in addition to a police officer. The management is really nice and friendly. The maintainance is always fast and I haven't needed much to be fixed. The only issue I had was that we needed our handle on the sliding glass door fixed because it was stripped so it needed bigger screws. When maintainance came I guess that part of the message got lost cause they just tightened the screws which came loose again next time I opened the door. I called them again and they immediatley took care of it the right way.

This place is pretty new so everything looks really nice and works great. They also take good care of the grounds so they look nice. Also, my apartment has the biggest walk in closet ever, I love it. It is also so close to everything that I don't have to go far to get anything done. The floor plans are really spacious too. My one bedroom is 800 Sq. Ft. and many 2 bedrooms apartments at other places are less than that. They also offer a military discount here. If you want to come here though, you should apply a couple months in advance because they don't have a lot of availability because people stay here for a while.

The only things I don't like is that the kitchen doesn't have a ton of cupboard or counter space, but it is enough. Also, the closets have the wire shelving in them and I would rather it be wood because bottles and things don't stand up well in my linen closet.

All in all I love this place and plan on staying here until I can afford a house. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
