Review for Mulberry Park Apartments

Initially Management will tell you that "No one has never moved in and not wanted to live here!” this is a huge lie! We walked in and walked right back out and broke our lease after fighting with Management. Think of the most disgusting hotel room that you have ever seen or heard about, them imagine living in a place that is worse than that.

Although we were told they needed 3 weeks to prepare the apartment so we could move in, when we arrived and unfortunately they did not have an apartment for us to look at, but as stated above “No one has never moved in and not wanted to live in here”. Hoping that they were being completely honest with us and handed them $500 in good faith that we were going to be living in a well kept apartment, the clouds swept in and it began to pour massive amounts of rain.

Once we stated moving in after signing the lease, the walk through began. Two and half pages of unacceptable flaws were put down on paper. This ranged from mold, mildew, stained carpets, leaking roof, bug infested rooms, holes through out the apartment, rotting wood, rusty fixtures, rusty vents, appliances did not work, the windows leaked air, light fixtures did not work, poorly painted walls, and the list goes on.

Beware of what they are telling you; be sure to walk through the apartment you are supposed to move into prior to signing any paper work. What they tell you the apartments are not how they really are.
