Review for Overlook Point Apartments

I lived at this apartment complex for 3 years because I liked the location. It is near many things which is nice. However, the location is about the only thing that was nice. The people that work in the office are incompetent. They don't keep their records straight. If you decide to live here, document everything or they will try to charge you. For example, when I asked why I was charged so much when I moved out, they said I was charged a late fee but they'd take the 75 dollar late fee off because that was a mistake. When I said "you don't keep good records," he said "what do you mean? We do to keep good records." Apparently not or I wouldn't be charged 75 extra dollars. They are desperate for renters and money. That is why a guy has to go stand out in the front dressed in a Dr. Suess costume to attract renters. How lame is that?
