Review for Village Green Apartments

I have lived in this apartment for 1 year and my rent has gone up twice. I now pay what I consider an outrageous amount for this apartment. I don't have a washer and dryer or hookups, and the tokens for the laundry room cost more than they do at a regular laundry mat. Anytime I go to the office, no one is there to accept my rent check or take a maintenance request. The people who work here are not very polite, and even though I am a quiet, working person and pay my rent and utilities on time, I feel like they look at me like some sort of criminal. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The quality of the complex and the service are not worth what you pay in rent, and they can raise the rent without any advanced warning.
