Review for Evergreen Cove Apartments

I have been living here for two years and I am still waiting for things that they promised to fix! The managment is also very hard to work with and will do anything to keep your deposit. They also do not answer their phone and the onsite manager NEVER answeres his door. Also in the time we have lived here they have mowed the lawn exactly twice and this past winter, plowed only after no one could get out of the drive!
