Review for Blue House Apartments

If I could, I would rate these guys a ZERO star. The better business bureau rates these guys as a D!!!! Seriously, when was a D ever good. Really, the management are nice as people. However, they really aren't qualified to do much more than flip burgers. In summary, they bind themselves by their contracts and policies and ignorance. "I don't know, but I don't think we can help you" is their favorite sentence. The apartments are trashed, and they "don't have the budget to fix anything" despite the fact that they charge their tenants for everything. They don't know how to do basic math. They've messed up many a bill -- gas, rent, you name it. I had a January bill show up in April. Then they had overcharged me by $20. They fix clogged pipes by sending someone to drill a hole in the pipe and pull out the gunk by hand. Then you have a leak that they fix by wrapping tape around the hole. Yeah, these people think really "long-term". They have the oddest office hours - 4 to 6 pm M-F. Honestly, that's dinner time/commute time for most people. Who wants to go in then? No one. They don't return phone calls. They pass the buck. They don't like talking to you. They just want you for your money. It's these type of people that put us into this economic mess we are in right now, so I would suggest boycotting them. I admit, they have never done anything "illegal", but they twist everything they can in order to get another dollar or two out of you. That's why I've been frustrated with them 1,394,992,391 times!
