Review for Heritage Court Apartments

Management - among other issues, we had a gas leak for 2 months. We complained 7 times about it, even had Provo city come in and look. Finally their "handyman" came, but he made the leak worse and acted offensively to my wife. Our neighbors had mold problems and had to sleep in the living room for 3 months. She got really sick. Parking is $25 extra, but they don't paint spots; the manager's daughters come and spray stuff on your carpet to clean it - that costs you $144/year. Those are just some tidbits, but the management, including the owners and the manager themselves are greedy and apathetic about your issues. I've seen it at some apartments, but never this bad. It's really all about finding the cheapest solution possible, and the management's attitude really is: "Fine. Who cares if you leave? More will come." Although rent is $545, you should expect around $90/month in utilities and fees.
