Review for Old Mill Condominiums Apartments

This is student housing. I thought it would be helpful to have reviews for this too. Option only let me enter 2.5 baths, but this unit actually has 4 private half baths and two showers. Rent is $285 in the spring/summer and $300 in the fall/winter. This unit is clean, VERY spacious, bedrooms are HUGE and the closets are too. There is lots of extra storage available. Brand new appliances. Nice furniture. Cable and Internet included. The condo is privately owned so Management is nicer and more interested in fixing your problems than most large management agencies.
