Older Nice Cute Apartment But...

My apartment is very cute and in good condition. The area is very convenient, but is also not very safe at night. There are police cars all over the place and fighting, yelling and always people loitering on the steps or under trees. The noise level is the biggest issue for me. I have a loud vibrating stereo player under me who never turns it off. It blares loud latin music and the cops do nothing. Also, people try to have too many people in one apartment. The men are always ogling me and are obnoxious. The office staff is ok, but kind of shady. It is cheap and I like that.
